Manshead 6th Form beat Doctors XI in one day thriller
It may not be football but a special mention to the Manshead cricket team who beat the Dunstable Doctors X1 on Wednesday at Tottenhoe Cricket Ground. Both sides finished with 132 from their alloted overs but Manshead won on wickets taken, 5 to 9. Andrew Tubbs hit the winning runs (2 from the last ball) which was quickly followed by a pitch invasion, lead by captain Gareth Curt.
